Frequently Asked Questions

  • We base our bags on standard home washer sizes.

    • Small Bag ( 76L / 20Gal) : About 1 ½ loads.

    • Medium Bag ( 93L/ 25Gal): About 2 loads

    • Large Bag (125L/30Gal): about 2 ½ -3 loads

  • Depending on the type of clothing ,but on average:

    • Small: 20-25 items

    • Medium: 30-35 items

    • ‍ ‍Large: 40-45 items

    Bulky items like jeans , hoodies, towels or blankets will take up more space .

  • For the best wash quality, overfilled bags may be split into additional loads, which could affect pricing. We’ll always handle your laundry with care.

  • Kid’s clothing usually take up less space, so you may fit more items per bag. However, bag prices are the same.

  • For the most part YES! However, you must add the biohazard fee of $15 to your order before checking out.

    Biohazard fee includes

    • Vomit

    • Urine

    • Feces

    • Blood ( no more than the size of a large plate)

    We reserve the right to decline anything that has an excessive amount or deemed unsafe.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or upon delivery if paying with cash. If payment is not received a $30 late fee with occur.

  • Yes! Just let us know if you have any special instructions ( delicates, hang dry, bleach, etc )

  • Bag prices keeps things simple, fair, and transparent- no guessing , no item counting, or unexpected charges just easy laundry care.

  • NEVER! Your laundry is always washed separately with care. We satanize between each persons load.

  • For first time single service users, a bag must be purchased. For subscribed users bags are included. After a bag is purchased, the bag may be used for future washes and services.
